Delivery, Assembly & Warranty Terms

• All products are made to fit in a standard ceiling height room of 2400mm unless specifically specified.

 

• All products are handmade to order. Estimated delivery time is 8–10 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to production schedules.

 

• All items are supplied on a made-to-order basis. In the event of a fault or issue with the product, customers must notify us within 14 days upon receipt. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, take reasonable steps to provide a resolution.

 

• Products are delivered flat-packed and require assembly by the customer. Comprehensive assembly instructions are provided. We cannot accept liability for issues arising from incorrect assembly.

 

• A 2-year structural and paint finish warranty is provided from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear, including paint wear.

 

• Free delivery is provided within the United Kingdom. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, which will be calculated separately.
