Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges 

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

Returns are accepted only where an item is faulty or not as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

Any issues should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, ideally within 48 hours, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. 

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. 

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights. 

 

Cancellations 

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not commenced. 

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or amended. 

 

Conditions of Return 

Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging where reasonably possible. 

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, alterations, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. 

 

Return Postage 

Approved faulty returns will have return shipping costs covered by us. 

 

Additional Information 

Minor variations inherent to handmade items are not considered faults.
