These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Enchanted Bedrooms website and Etsy shop, and the purchase of products marketed under the Enchanted Bedrooms brand.

Enchanted Bedrooms is a trading name and affiliate of Coach House Joinery Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. All products are sold, manufactured, and supplied by Coach House Joinery Ltd. Any reference to “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Coach House Joinery Ltd.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
Enchanted Bedrooms is an affiliate brand of Coach House Joinery Ltd, specialising in the design and marketing of handmade, made-to-order children’s beds and bedroom furniture.
All products are manufactured, supplied, and sold by Coach House Joinery Ltd, which is the legal entity responsible for fulfilling orders and complying with applicable consumer laws.
2. Eligibility & Use of Website
• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• By using our website or Etsy shop, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders where permitted by law.
3. Products & Made-to-Order Nature
• All products are handmade to order.
• Product descriptions, images, and measurements are provided in good faith; however, minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the items.
• Such variations are natural characteristics of handmade products and do not constitute defects.
4. Pricing & Payment
• All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the Etsy platform or authorised payment methods.
• Prices may be amended at any time; confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
5. Delivery
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.
• Coach House Joinery Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• Free UK delivery applies where stated. International shipping charges apply separately.
6. Assembly & Use
• Products are supplied flat-packed and require customer assembly.
• Assembly instructions are provided and must be followed carefully.
• Adult supervision is required at all times when products are used by children, particularly for high beds, loft beds, and beds with slides.
7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
• Our Returns & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
• As all items are made to order, cancellations and returns are subject to the conditions outlined in that policy.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Warranty & Guarantees
• A 2-year structural and paint finish warranty is provided by Coach House Joinery Ltd, covering manufacturing defects only.
• This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, alterations, accidents, or normal wear and tear, including paint wear.
• This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
9. Intellectual Property
• All content displayed under the Enchanted Bedrooms brand, including images, designs, text, logos, and product concepts, remains the intellectual property of Coach House Joinery Ltd.
• Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach House Joinery Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of its products or services.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Changes to Terms
• We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
• Changes take effect once published on our website or Etsy shop.
• Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Cancellation Policy, Warranty Terms, and Disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coach House Joinery Ltd, trading as Enchanted Bedrooms.

All products sold by Enchanted Bedrooms are handmade to order. Minor variations in colour, finish, measurements, and detailing may occur and are not considered defects.

Products are intended for domestic use only. Adult supervision is required at all times when products are used by children. Enchanted Bedrooms accepts no liability for injury, damage, or loss arising from misuse, failure to follow assembly instructions, or use of the product in a manner for which it was not designed.

• Product dimensions are suitable for their space
• Ceiling height requirements are met where applicable
• Products are assembled correctly

Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not our responsibility.

Safety Disclaimer - High Beds & Slides
Products featuring elevated platforms, play lofts, or slides must be used under adult supervision at all times.
​
Customers must ensure:
• Adequate ceiling height
• Correct assembly
• Stable, level placement
​
Misuse, jumping from elevated areas, overloading platforms, or unsafe use may result in injury.
​
Enchanted Bedrooms accepts no responsibility for injury, damage, or loss resulting from incorrect assembly, misuse, lack of supervision, or product modification.
