Enchanted Bedrooms is a trading name and affiliate brand of Coach House Joinery Ltd, which is the legal seller and fulfils all orders.
Production & Estimated Delivery Time
• All products are handmade to order.
• Please allow an estimated delivery timeframe of 8–10 weeks from the date of purchase.
• This timeframe includes production and delivery and is provided as an estimate only.
• Delivery times may vary due to production schedules, bespoke requests, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers will be notified once their order is ready for dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
• Free delivery is available within the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated.
• International shipping is available and subject to additional charges, which will be calculated separately.
• Orders are delivered via third-party courier services.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes, Enchanted Bedrooms and Coach House Joinery Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery Access & Customer Responsibilities
• Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery, including adequate doorways, stair access, and safe unloading areas.
• Products are delivered flat-packed and require customer assembly.
• Delivery drivers are not responsible for carrying items into properties unless explicitly agreed in advance.
Failed deliveries due to access issues may result in additional charges.
Inspection Upon Delivery
• Customers are advised to inspect items upon delivery.
• Any issues, damage, or concerns should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, ideally within 48 hours, along with photographic evidence.
International Orders
• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.
• These charges are outside our control and cannot be estimated in advance.
